1210 Taper Lock Bushings

1210 bushings are categories as a "taper lock" bushing and is found in a range of roller chain sprockets and pulleys. Ranging from 1/2" to 1-1/4" (imperial) and 11mm to 32mm (metric) these bushings offer wide bore ranges and are the third largest taper bushing type. Taper lock bushings are utilized in applications that require a narrow length thru bore or where shaft mounting needs to be close to the bearing. The general design keeps the center load small which prevents issues with high overhung loads. 1210 bushings are split through the flange while the gradual taper provides a true clamp onto the shaft that is equal to a "shrink fit".

1210 taper lock bushings are used in a very wide range of applications for a number of different reasons. We supply high-quality inch and metric size taper lock bushings to a wide range of customers at some of the best prices in the industry without sacrificing quality. These bushings will directly interchange with other manufacture bushings so you don't have to worry about compatibility. Each 1210 taper lock bushing product page has the instructions on how to install and remove the bushing, along with dimensions, and wrench torque information to make sure you have all the information necessary to properly install or remove a bushing.
