Our Heavy Duty 160H roller chain repair kits come with everything you need to make a repair and or chain edit quickly and easily. Additional components are available for purchase in the accessories section below. Each component in this kit is manufactured to ANSI B29.1 Standards and utilizes high-strength and high-quality precision components to keep you up and running!

160H Roller Chain Repair Kit Contents:


  • 5 high-strength connecting links (outside link) each consisting of two pins, two side plates, and two cotters for easy assembly.

  • 5 High-Performance roller links (inside link) consisting of two bushings, two solid rollers, and two inside side plates that are pressed on.

  • 5 offset links (half links) consisting of one pin with cotter, one bushing, one roller, and two offset side plates.
