Having straight sidebars slightly increases the strength, fatigue, and working life of the chain. What separates this chain from the others is that this chain has solid roller and solid bushing which greatly increases performance and strength. This chain has also been shot peened and manufactured using high quality carbon steel making this chain a premium quality roller chain. This chain offers maximum strength, wear life, and performance. This chain can run on ANSI #40 standard sprockets. Straight sidebar roller chains are commonly used in bottling, car washes, citrus processing, conveyors, material handling, packaging, poultry processing, refineries, seafood processing, and a wide range of other applications.
