81X Rooftop Chain is a 2.609" pitch roof-top style conveying chain designed to convey heavy loads from one point to another. It's one of the most commonly used conveyor type chains used in the lumber and aggregate industries because of its extremely rugged design and economical price point. Some of the common interchanges for 81X rooftop chain is; 81XRT or 81X F1 conveyor chain due to other brands nomenclature, our 81X rooftop chain will directly interchange with other chains. Something notable about our chain is that uses high-quality heat-treated shot peened steel components for optimal strength, durability, and fatigue resistance.

Solid Bushing Solid Roller (SBR)

Automatically all of our 81X chains are made with solid bushings and solid rollers because of the extremely prolonged working life and performance that comes from this design. So inherently our 81X rooftop chains will have the SBR feature.

Quad Staked Rivets

More often than realized 81X rooftop chain is put in circumstances where a side-load may be present or side-shock can happen. Because of this, we use a quad-staked rivet this doubles the side-load capacity of the chain.
