C2042 Conveyor Chain
C2042 chain is manufactured with special "oversized rollers" to allow the chain to carry product or for the chain to firmly run in guide tracks. Because of their use all of our C2042 chain have solid rollers that have been heat-treated for an extended working life. We keep C2042 chain in stock in 10ft boxes, 50ft reels, and 100ft reels, we can also supply custom cut to length strands upon request. In addition to the standard C2042 chain we also have it available in a hollow pin configuration, stainless steel, nickel plated, and zinc plated for specialty conveyor applications.

C2042 Conveyor Chain Sprockets
Because C2042 chain has such a non-standard roller diameter a standard roller chain sprocket will not work. However, we stock sprockets that have a special deep-groove tooth design so that the roller will seat correctly. All of these sprockets are black oxide coated and have hardened teeth.
