Auger Screw Conveyor Coupling Bolts
Bolts for screw conveyors are manufactured using specific metal alloys to ensure longevity and strength. We supply these special assembly bolts for coupling assemblies, hangers, troughs flanges, trough ends, bolted covers, and supporting feet.
Screw Conveyor Coupling Bolts
These bolts are referred to as TEM-U-LAC bolts and are designed specifically for the couplings within a screw conveyor. They feature a hex head and specific threaded lengths so that the bolt doesn't project into the pipe walls, causing internal damage to the system. They also feature a special self-locking nut with a stainless steel pin that follows the bolt thread while the nut is being installed, this pin prevents the nut from vibrating or working its self loose which will cause damage or downtime. The pin easily loosens through when pressure is applied to the nut from a typical wrench.
