XTB Bushings
XTB type bushings are utilized in various applications such as conveyor pulleys, sprockets, and belt pulleys. We offer the full range of XTB bushings and XTB hubs ranging from size 15 up to size 120. What sets our XTB bushings apart is the high-quality 1045-steel construction or high-strength grade 35 cast (depending on XT bushing series), an anti-corrosive black oxide coating, and precision tolerances for easy install and uninstall. Please note that non-stock or custom made XTB bushings will not have the black oxide coating unless requested. When replacing old XTB bushings, we recommend using LU103 rust breaker penetrant or LU402 Eco-Grade penetrant for ease of un-installing the old hardware. We also supply stainless steel XTB bushings and hubs for washdown and food-grade applications, as well as conveyor rollers and pulleys.
