Our 180TC triple capacity chain is also manufactured using precision heat-treated and shot-peened components machined from top grades of alloy and carbon steels. We also supply our 180 triple-capacity roller chains with solid bushings and solid rollers, drastically improving the performance and longevity of the chain. Due to the unique design, the 180TC roller chain requires a special sprocket design, any sprockets used for this chain must have hardened teeth!
