88V1320J 13.2" OD Eight-Groove QD Sheave 8V V-Belts

This 88V1320J Sheave uses a J bushing, is directly interchangeable with other manufacturers, is 13.20" in diameter, and is manufactured in accordance with ARPM Standards for safe operation. With 3V-series QD sheaves you can use standard 8V belts or banded 8V belts. What separates this 88V1320J sheave from the others is that it is made using a high strength cast iron, is phosphate coated, painted, and balanced at the factory. Using the high-strength cast iron grade that we do offers a higher tensile strength and is more wear resistant than the more commonly used grades. While the phosphate coated and then painted finish adds corrosion resistance to the 88V1320J sheave. Then, because this sheave is balanced at the factory it runs smoother which gives bearings and other components of the equipment a longer working life. Using a QD (quick detachable) bushed style sheave is beneficial because it makes the completed part a two-piece assembly which means if only one piece breaks you don't have to replace the entire assembly.
