NM3500 Chain is manufactured using high-quality Delrin 100P for the sidebars and block link, it is commonly referred to as a plastic double flex chain or dairy case chain. Delrin 100P plastic is used because it has a high viscosity acetal homopolymer that provides maximum toughness in the product line without modification. Additionally, it has improved processing thermal stability. The pins are made with high-quality 304-Grade stainless steel for improved strength and long-term operation. Overall NM3500 chain is extremely versatile, durable, and has good chemical and corrosion resistant properties. It is typically supplied as 10ft coils.
