This 12" stub shaft is manufactured out of cast nylon and eliminates steel idler shafting by replacing the metallic wall bearings and heavy steel shafts with high strength cast nylon stub shafts. The key to cast nylon stub shafts are their unique design and a one piece casting, this creates integral strength and extended durability. Due to the materials natural properties, stub shafts do not require lubrication and are highly resistant to deflection under load and UV inhibited to ensure a long working life and trouble free operation.
