Super #200 roller chain is apart of the SH Super High Strength Series roller chain section and is one of the strongest, most durable ANSI 200 roller chain in the world!
the Super Strength Pins of this chain are constructed of a special high-strength alloy are through hardened. This results in a tensile strength and load capacity increase of around 50%!
The Wide Waist Link Plates of this chain are wider than standard which reduces stretching and increases fatigue resistance by approximately 30%.
Super Chains are dipped in a hot-oil bath for twice the amount of time as normal. This increases the volume of oil held by the chain which greatly increases the the working life of the chain.
This chain also features precision solid bushings and solid rollers for superior performance and strength.
Ball drifting the link plates on Super Roller Chains has eliminated the taper from the stamping process. Doing this increases the holding power of the link plates on the pins and bushings, and helps to prevent bushing distortion and wear.
The quad staked pins of this chain has greatly increased the holding power of the side-plates which reduces the effect of shock loading and increases the overall durability of the chain.
