3V-Series Deep Wedge V-BeltsClassic 3V-Series V-Belts have a 0.38" top-width, 0.31" thickness, and a 38° angle to them which also classifies them as a deep-wedge v-belt. 3V series belts are designed to be more compact with more drive capability when compared to the standard 40° angle v-belts. Because of their long-term success and economic operation, they are also one of the most widely used belt series in the industry. The premium 3V-series v-belts we supply are manufactured under ISO 9001 specifications as well as ARPM Standards, they are oil and heat resistant, and directly interchange with other brands. 3V belts are constructed of a natural rubber compound with polyester cords and use a cotton with a polyester blend cover for a high durability. 3V series belts are used in most general to heavy-duty industrial applications along with Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, lawn and garden equipment, and agricultural equipment. We also stock a complete line of high-power Kevlar v-belts along with the accompanying v-belt pulleys/ sheaves.
