Return Policy
We understand that sometimes products do not fit the needs of our customers, for one reason or another. Therefore, when returning products, we ask that you follow the steps outlined below.

Many challenges can be resolved by USA Roller Chains support team. Please call us at 407-347-3519 or email your sales consultant directly. If we can not resolve the challenge, or answer your questions, a return may be the solution.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
1. Contact us immediately and provide your order number.
2. Shipping charges are not refundable.
3. Orders are only returnable within 30 days of the ship date.
4. To be eligible for credit, returned products must be in “New” condition and remain in the original labeled packaging.
5. Once the return label and packing slip are provided for return, you must drop off or have the carrier pick up within 10 Business days. To prevent damage during shipping, pack products securely for transit. Product lost or damaged during return shipping will not be accepted for a credit.
6. Please include the provided packing slip with the shipment being returned.
7. Made To Order/Custom orders are not eligible for return/credit.
8. An RGA is NOT a credit and cannot be applied to your account. A credit memo will be issued upon USA Roller Chains' acceptance of the return and after inspection has taken place.
9. If the product has been stored improperly (including but not limited to the following: UV Exposure, extreme Temperatures, weather, soil, bacteria/pathogens), it will not be acceptable for return/credit.
10. Depending on the order return scenario, you may be liable for a restocking Fee and return shipping. These will be deducted from your credit.
