We also offer individual 60 roller chain parts for custom chain building, or using the pre-made parts for other purposes. It is important to note that 60 chain is made for industrial applications only.
#60 Chain Pin
#60 roller chain pins are about 0.234" in diameter and range from 1.060" (60-1) to 5.496" (60-6) in length. Our pins are made from high-grade steel alloys and depending on the series of chain you use the pins are also heat-treated and or thru-hardened for increased fatigue resistance and strength.
#60 Chain Roller

The roller is the part that goes over the busing and pin of the chain. It comes into consistent contact with the sprocket teeth. Because of this, our rollers are all hardened and shot peened for exponential wear resistance and durability. #60 chain rollers are about 0.469" in diameter and 0.500-" in length.
#60 Chain Bushing
The bushing within the roller and outside of the pin acts like a bearing surface when proper lubrication is provided. This creates a smooth surface and minimal friction between metal-on-metal components.
#60 Chain Side-Plate
The side-plates essentially hold everything in and put up with the brute of shock loads. These side-plates are 0.093" thick for standard 60 chain, and 0.125" thick for heavy-duty 60 chain. Depending on the series, the side plates are sho-peened, heat treated, and even hardened for maximum tensile strength.
