Insert Bearings
At USA Roller Chain our premium insert bearings are made to precision C3 tolerances and utilize high-grade materials for optimal performance, working life, and durability. Bearing inserts are designed utilizing deep-groove ball bearings that have a convex outer ring with an extended inner ring. The extended inner ring makes it possible for a locking device/ method to be used when mounting the bearing to a shaft. We stock bearing inserts with standard shaft locking methods such as; set-screws, eccentric locking collars, concentric locking collars, and a Tru-Loc device. Additionally, we supply a line of vibration damping insert bearings that provide a rubber "cushion" around the insert bearing. Our inventory includes inch and metric bore size insert bearings in carbon steel, plastic, or stainless steel. The below insert bearing size charts show the standard dimensions for the bearings. UC200 Insert Bearings

UCX00 insert bearings are medium-duty set-screw locking insert ball bearings that are available with a standard-seal or L3 seal.

UK200 insert bearings are normal duty tapered adapter sleeve insert ball bearings that are available with a standard-seal or L3 seal.
Vibration Damping Insert Bearings
Insert bearings that are capable of vibration damping are utilized in a wide range of applications such as HVAC, high-speed rollers, and roller conveyor beds. The rubber cushion around the insert bearings drastically reduces vibration while also providing bearing protection from impact on roller conveyors. Our vibration damping insert bearings are made to C3 precision standards with a premium rubber cartridge.
