How To Use The #120 Roller Chain Wear Gauge

First you identify the chain pitch to confirm that you are using this on a #120 roller chain, next you place the chain gauge in-between the roller chain rollers like the image below, it's that simple!

If the chain gauge falls through and goes to the next size up it's time to replace your roller chain. Please note for this example we used ANSI #50 roller chain.
