HCST200 Take-Up Bearings
HCST200 take-up bearings are normal duty take-up bearing units that utilize an eccentric locking collar to secure onto a shaft. Eccentric locking collars have a counterbored recess made purposely eccentric to the collar bore. When the bearing is assembled onto the shaft, the eccentric recess mates with the cam end of the bearing unit inner ring to engage the collar to the inner cam of the bearing, this configuration grips onto the shaft and creates a positive bonding action that increases with use and requires no additional adjustments. Our HCST200 bearings utilize HC bearing inserts made to C3 precision standards housed by a premium cast-iron housing. Additionally, we supply a full range of take-up frames and accessories.
