600-Series Stainless Steel Roller Chain
600-Series stainless steel chains are engineered with strength in-mind with equivalent anti-corrosive properties. Common designations for 600-series stainless roller chain are SSK, PHSS or simply 600-series. When in comparison to standard 300-series stainless steel roller chains the 600 series is constructed with pins, bushings, and rollers made of quench-hardened SUS631 grade stainless steel and side plates made of the standard SUS304 grade of stainless steel. Undoubtedly this makes the chain possess superior wear characteristics than that of standard 304 stainless roller chains and a strength that is about 1.5 times higher than other chains.We supply standard single-pitch (25-100), double pitch (C2040 - C2080H), and attachments made from 600-series stainless steel.
