Double Pitch Stainless Steel Roller Chains with oversized rollers are primarily found in conveying applications that are in abrasive environments. These chains are in stock in a 304-grade stainless steel but are also available in 316-grade upon request. Some of the things that set our roller chains apart from others is the premium rigid solid construction that dramatically reduces any side-flex, this prevents premature wear and creates a higher precision operation. Something to note is that when using a double pitch stainless steel roller chain with oversized rollers you must use sprockets that are specifically manufactured for the over-sized roller chain. We can supply these within a 5-15 day lead time and if you need them sooner expediting options are available.
